Steve Rosenbaum Creator of the Flawless Followup System Receives Exceptional Reviews with Impactful Monday Round Table
Steve Rosenbaum, creator of the Flawless Followup System, along with partners Chad Nicely and Chris Jenkins, teach businesses and consultants how to better market themselves and their businesses via an open Monday Round Table video meeting.
An idea originating from a different and also successful project led Rosenbaum and partners Nicely and Jenkins to this consistently growing, successful Round Table call held Mondays at 1PM EST via Zoom.
Couple this with the realization that many around the world struggle with similar situations and concerns, have similar interests and are seeking solutions, Rosenbaum stated: “we realized many were going through and dealing with much of what we had experienced throughout the course of our businesses and we were grateful to the state of today’s technology where we can all reach and help one another is fantastic.”
This call offers a chance for participants to interact with and leverage Rosenbaum’s and his partners’ years of experience. Rosenbaum shared: “It’s just that we went through much a long time ago and either figured ways around many of these similar obstacles and struggles or failed and got back up again and again and did whatever we had to do. Now we are helping others achieve success and hopefully helping them avoid the many pitfalls, challenges and more that could occur in their businesses. We are, all over the world, helping one another reach certain goals and solutions; those who are looking for the same answers to the same challenges. It’s amazing.”
Participants agree that the sense of community, the sense of belonging and the sharing practices makes this a place where one can feel comfortable and not judged, open and free to share and seek solutions and receive them without condemnation or judgment. It’s a raw, realistic, open and fulfilling time spent.
When asked how did he and his partners feel the meetings were going, Rosenbaum shared: “it is going phenomenal. We love it and the reason why we love it is because our audience loves it. We get much feedback from it every single week.
It is there simply for the audience. For us to serve so we let those calls take us where our audience takes us because they will take us wherever they need to be! There’s never an agenda. We aren’t pushing a message. We’re out there serving and responding to what their needs are in real time. They love it so much and so do we. It’s very fulfilling in many ways for us. It’s very fulfilling to be in touch with our audience. There’s a real appreciation and we feel that appreciation. We get off every call and say that was great! We love doing this.”
The Monday Roundtable participants range from “successful business people who love and desire to be more to those who are trying to figure it all out,” says Rosenbaum. He further stated: “I feel people love to see other folks having success. I think it reinforces their confidence so they can have success and they also have a place to get questions answered.”
Although Rosenbaum, often described as “passionate, humorous, exciting and real life, has authored dozens of books and courses; has been featured in the NY Times, Wall Street Journal and been interviewed by CBS News 20/20 along with being a speaker that inspires and motivates, when asked what legacy he’d like to leave, Rosenbaum simply replied:
“That’s a wonderful question. It actually hits home right now because so many are having health challenges, but I don’t know I’ve ever given it much thought. I’m just grateful and so humbled right now to see that I am actually affecting people in a positive way. Maybe 5o years from now someone will stumble upon something I did and it will help them.”
Further pursuing this by asking: who he’d want to be remembered as, Rosenbaum continued:
“Nothing special.”
In thought, Rosenbaum shared: “My wife Sherry has shared with me that I was never shown, as I am seeing and experiencing now, such appreciation in all my decades in the corporate world. It is so truly humbling. I get testimonials every week. They come out of left field because they are about, for example a video perhaps I did at some point, that I was inspired to do that I forgot I even did and yet now someone tells me that it impacted their life. That has such magnitude. That’s when it really sinks in because I never ever intended it to be that way. I never believed I was capable of that and so it’s humbling and awesome at the same time to experience it.”
The increasing numbers and discussions covering varying topics such as: behind the scenes launch secrets, negotiation strategies, best tips for handling sales calls with both large and small companies, sharing of success stories and guidance on how to improve or best approach a current prospect or enhance a proposal are only a touch of the value on these unique Monday RoundTable calls.
The length of calls some of which have been 2 hours and a bit more have never been burdensome because what is shared is engrossing and so helpful. Much of what is shared here by these Monday Round Table professionals leave participants able to go and take immediate action; implement what was shared, have and see success and then come back in and share with other participants to do the same.
These are unique and rewarding. Seems this Monday Round Table call would be one to surely attend.
